One big zipper molle pouch on the right with the size 22cm(length *11cm(width)*6cm(height), could be used as a medical pouch.
Triple magazine pouches on the left, and each of the pouches with the size 20cm(length)*7cm(width).
Velcro design on the chest, and there is a pouch sizing 13cm(length) * 11cm(width) and a velcro pouch sizing 14cm(length) * 5cm(width).
All the pouches could be take off if you like.
Size is adjustable with the Velcro Strap through out the vest body.
